The first trunk win32 snapshot is now ready for download. Some features are disabled due to it being a test release, and only select model plugins are inlcuded. You'll only be able to save in JA format.

Freyja trunk has been ported to win32 with a merged build system! This means you can pull down the source from svn and build either without patching. Visit the fourms for pics like this one of freyja running on Windows XP.

Freyja 'Chimera' has been released as source tarballs and debian x86 binaries. This is the first packaged release of Freyja. Many thanks to all the testers! Look for a focus on end user nicities in future builds.

'Chimera' has been updated with improved skeletal editing and many, many bugfixes. Keep your bug reports coming in! Thanks to lightfoot for suggesting adding generic transform hotkeys in default interface file.

'Chimera' is the new stable branch, which replaces 'I gotta Believe'. 'I gotta believe' was the first fork from GooseEgg for history buffs. This new release has a backport of the new libmgtk+ iterface and event system from the 'Umbra' development branch. Also many little fixes as always. Please test for regressions! I could have new pics up soon in the screenshots section, or you can send in some to share. Heh.

"Umbra" tracer (alpha build) is here to provide a testing framework for the new backend, but it's slowly gaining editing features of the 0.3.x series day by day. I hope to get the backend and plugin ports finished this week, so I can go in and hammer out bugs in the backend. The interface will be changing more and more as features are added. Shoot me an email if you have some suggestions or questions about the project.

The 0.4.0 "Umbra" tracer build should be up in svn by tonight. This is the all new rewrite based on 0.3.x series. It's mostly to show off the new ABIs before they're frozen.

Freyja is getting ready for a rerelease, but you can pick it up to report bugs and suggest features now. SVN is up!
This site currently only hosts development releases. Some features have been disabled for now, or have been removed entirely to be replaced by the new ABIs/APIs.
